General Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Green Pallav Nursery, we take great care in delivering healthy, high-quality plants and gardening products. As we deal in live plants, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled.

By placing an order on https://www.greenpallavnursery.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, as plants are perishable and prepared specifically for each order.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds but the replacement, as per the cases mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

A replacement may be considered only if:

  • You receive damaged or unhealthy plants at the time of delivery

  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement plant, or according to our replacement policy at the particular time segment.

  • A partial or full refund, after considering the causes and the whole scenario if eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Plants damaged due to improper care, overwatering, underwatering, or lack of sunlight after delivery

  • Delay in delivery caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Seasonal plants affected due to natural climate variations

  • Products purchased during discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged on arrival)

4. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, traffic, or logistical challenges), we will keep you informed.

  • No refunds will be issued for delays beyond our control.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) may be deducted

6. Policy Updates

Green Pallav Nursery reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
