  • Processing time may vary depending on plant availability, weather conditions, and order volume.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship orders within India.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and local courier service coverage.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped through reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Weight and size of the package

    • Type of plants or nursery items ordered

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Packaging of Plants

  • All plants are carefully packed using secure, plant-friendly packaging to minimize damage during transit.

  • Live plants are packed with adequate moisture protection and cushioning to ensure they reach you in healthy condition.

6. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a dispatch confirmation via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • Tracking details will be shared when available, depending on the courier service.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Delivery delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural calamities

    • Courier partner delays

    • Government restrictions or strikes

  • Green Pallav Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification.

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Shipping of Live Plants

  • Shipping live plants involves natural risks due to transit stress.

  • Minor leaf damage or temporary wilting may occur and is normal.

  • We recommend allowing plants a few days to acclimate after delivery with proper care.
